PDE is an east-coast based wedding planning company with upcoming events in the NYC and Philadelphia area. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with a high-quality, high-touch level of service that is supported by the efforts and talents of our team.

We’re expanding our Guest Experience & Onsite Production team for 2023 and 2024 events and looking for candidates that are resourceful, personable, polished, and good at thinking on their feet.

Duties range depending on the needs of the event and include the following:

• Acting as a vendor liaison for setup, load in and load out, keeping on schedule and according to timeline

• Interacting with wedding guests and VIP family members. Providing all with direction, support and answers.

• Guest transportation support

• Setup and day-of management of paper goods and decor

• Problem solving and an ability to adapt to changing needs and respond quickly and positively

Candidates must have some relevant event experience.

This position is project based and ideal for freelancers, however there is potential to grow into a PT/FT position for the 2024 season.
